An amazing textured medium bodied cabernet sauvignon. Excellent for cellaring with a complex intense flavour profile.
Winemakers Comments
The Yarra Valley is known for refined, medium-weight Cabernets wines. This is a great example with flavours of black and red berries and plenty of fine tannin.
The fruit was handpicked and destemmed then vinified in overhead fermenters with pumping over. The wine was aged for 17 months in a mix of old and new French oak before blending and bottling.
