1. Aqua Azzura Spritz
50mL Sparkling water
50mL Prosecco
Lemon wheel, raspberries and mint to garnish
Build ingredients in a stemmed glass over cubed ice and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lemon wheel, raspberries and a sprig of mint.
2. Il Vishchio
20mL Cranberry Liqueur
150mL Aromatic Tonic
Garnished with a lemon wedge, rosemary and star anise
Build in a highball over cubed ice, garnish with a lemon wedge, rosemary and star anise.
3. Ciao Malfy Spritz
50mL San Pellegrino Aranciata
50mL Prosecco
Garnished with blueberries, lemon wheel and basil sprig
Build ingredients in a glass over cubed ice and gently stir to combine. Garnish with some blueberries, a lemon wheel and a sprig of basil.

25mL Lemon juice
15mL Sugar syrup
25 mL Prosecco
1 scoop Lemon sorbet
Garnished with mint leaf
In a cocktail shaker, shake the first 3 ingredients together and strain into a chilled glass. Add the scoop of sorbet and top up with Prosecco. Garnish with a mint leaf.
5. Sbagliato Corretto
25mL Lillet Rosé
10mL Campari
75 mL Prosecco
Garnished with Pink Grapefruit twist
In a glass, build up the first 3 ingredients with cubed ice and stir gently. Top up with Prosecco and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
6. Cinque Terre
15mL Lillet Blanc
15mL simple syrup
Garnished with 3 basil leaves
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.
7. Twisted Bellini
25mL Malfy Con Arancia
15mL Peach puree
15mL Prosecco
Garnished with orange twist
Build up the first 2 ingredients in a chilled glass and stir gently. Top up with Prosecco and garnish with an orange twist.
