Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at drinks@secretbottle.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to: 669 Princes Hwy, Tempe NSW 2044.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you an Australia Post return label and instructions on how to send your package. You'll need to drop the parcel off at your nearest Australia Post outlet — we don't arrange courier collection. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Where a return is required for a damaged or defective item, we will provide a return label at no cost to you. Once attached, the parcel will need to be dropped off at a Post Office for return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned: Tasting Packages (these are considered a final purchase), sale items, and gift cards.

Please note that we reserve the right to update packaging, label design, or product presentation at any time. If you wish to return an item solely on this basis, you may do so within 30 days, however the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable return label cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
