Our Notes
A ruby-red delight, some green (spinach?) stuff happening with chewy tannin and an orange-liqueur acidity.
This is in the “Joven” style, released young and fresh for fairly immediate drinking - with some chocolately richness developing, it’s probably at the perfect age right now.

A traditional Spanish 'joven' style wine. Fresh with floral notes, spicy pepper and packed full of juicy fruit. Released young, this delicious wine is made in a 'drink now' style to enjoy the vibrant fruit flavours.
About the Winery
Based in the scenic Hunter Valley, the Briar Ridge team take careful part in every part of the process, from growing to making and enjoying. Shirazes and semillons are two specialties, but they're varietally adventurous. A beautiful and recently refurbished cellar door tops things off, and is now open again to the public - but book ahead, as capacity is limited!
