Introducing the Zilzie Selection 23 Chardonnay, offering warm peach and tropical fruit notes with a delicate hint of vanilla, all culminating in a bright and crisply refreshing finish.
From the Winemaker
Harvesting the fruit in the cool of the night preserved its freshness and quality. Cool fermentation of individual batches in stainless steel tanks, followed by lees stirring, enhanced the palate’s length and roundness. The process concluded with blending, stabilising, and filtering the wine before bottling.
