Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila is a premium brown tequila that'll really get your senses tingling. Notes of fresh citrus and agave mix perfectly with earthy wood and vanilla notes creating a perfectly balanced classic reposado.
From the Distillery
Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila is produced in the picturesque Los Altos, situated 2000+ metres above sea level, and is known for its mineral-rich, volcanic tierra roja (red earth), which is complemented by a unique microclimate. These combined factors contribute to the cultivation of the highest quality blue Agave, used by Olmeca Altos for producing their award-winning tequila. Aged 6 to 8 months in ex-Bourbon barrels.
AROMA: Sweet, fruity and fresh citrus, complemented by cooked Agave, vanilla and woody notes.
TASTE: Sweet with citric with a robust yet pleasant body, with Agave, vanilla and woody flavours.
AGE: Aged for 6-8 months in 200 litres white the United States oak ex-Bourbon casks.
