Our Notes
Not a bottled Negroni (though Four Pillars do make a lovely one), but a gin specifically designed to stand up to the bold flavours of Campari and vermouth in the iconic Negroni. A little fuller, richer, and spicier than most dry gins, this is also a great solo sipper.
From the Distillery
Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin was the first ever gin created specifically to go in a Negroni cocktail. It is a highly aromatic, rich and (yes) spicy gin with great power and intensity. We use the West African spice grains of paradise and Indonesian cubeb to up the ante, and open the plates when distilling to add weight to the gin.
