Our Notes
Two icons, one bottle. Absolut has teamed up with TABASCO® to bottle the heat of the world's most famous pepper sauce, and the result is the ultimate Bloody Mary shortcut.
Here at Secret Bottle, we're mixing it 1:3 with tomato juice, a few dashes of Worcestershire, a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt & pepper for a brunch Bloody Mary with real bite. It's also brilliant topped with cloudy lemonade for a Spicy Lemonade, in a dirty martini, or as a fiery shot. Dressed just like the famous little bottle, it makes the perfect gift for any chilli lover.
From the Distillery
Absolut TABASCO™ is crafted by fusing Absolut Vodka with a completely natural essence (no added sugar) made from the fermented, aged red pepper mash used to make TABASCO® Sauce, which is aged in oak barrels for up to three years on Avery Island, Louisiana.
On the nose, bold aged red chilli is joined by hints of tomato, a tangy distilled vinegar note and a gentle smokiness, rounded out with a touch of sweetness. The palate is savoury and vibrant, with red chilli taking centre stage, balanced by vinegar and salt with smoky, sweet undertones. The finish brings a warming chilli heat that builds and lingers. Hot, but never overwhelming.
Made from Swedish winter wheat in Åhus, Sweden. Gluten-free.
