Our Notes
Vine-dried for a little extra sweetness, this is a viscous and exuberant Shiraz bursting with red fruit and finishing with black and white pepper. Strong, even meaty, tannin, but that’s what you need with this level of macho intensity.
The “Flavabom” descriptor Byrne have used isn’t wrong at all; the keyword here might be “concentrated”.

A minx of a wine that delivers flavour, depth and concentration with immediate impact. Single vineyard, vine-dried Shiraz grapes grown in our estate dirt are the backbone to this intense style. The integration of flavours, tannins and acids are hit with a judicious lashing of oak for a real flavour kick.
