Our Notes

The Giant Steps Yarra Valley Light Dry Red (LDR) is a modern interpretation of the classic Australian 'Hunter River Burgundy' style. Crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah sourced from the Sexton and Tarraford Vineyards, this wine showcases a vibrant ruby crimson hue. It offers aromas of brambly red fruits, rose petals, and a hint of spice. The palate is light- to medium-bodied, featuring bright fruit flavours, supple texture, and fine-knit tannins. Bottled by gravity without fining or filtration, it's designed for immediate enjoyment but will continue to evolve over the next two years.

Didn't think that I would have to travel all the way to Norfolk Island to discover this little beauty. Easy drinking and now sharing with my friends back home.
