A great take on Hunter Valley Semillon. Here, old-vine Semillon is allowed to shine solo, and the high-acidity low-alcohol style is both incredibly food-friendly and incredibly ageable.

A cool growing season delivers pure and precise flavours of freshly squeezed lemon juice and crunched green-apple with harmony and zest, while elegant sorbet-like acids provide focus onto a very long tangy finish.

Keith Tulloch, of the Tulloch family who've long been involved in the world of Hunter Valley wine, is known for an exacting approach and almost impossibly high standards for his grapes and winemaking. Since 2008, Keith Tulloch has operated vineyards of his own, all the better to painstakingly manage the operation's fruit from the very start to the very end of the winemaking process.
