A classic Bordeaux-style blend from a classic producer in the classic region of McLaren Vale, from a classic winemaker. 2019's vintage was low-yield but high-quality, with this wine showing intense dark-berry character and a soft vanilla character from French Oak maturation.
From the Winemaker
Produced for the last 3 decades from our limestone hillside, our Little Demon Cabernet Merlot blend is a melting pot of bright juicy blackberries, plums and dried herbs. The blend is well balanced with soft mouth-filling tannins.
Classically found in the South-West of France in the region of Bordeaux where Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot varieties are native, the so-called 'Bordeaux blend' of now spread across the world, including to McLaren Vale.
