From the Winemaker
Carefully selected Shiraz grapes underwent fermentation in both rotary and static fermenters. Following a skin fermentation period of seven to ten days, the wine was delicately pressed. It then underwent maturation on French oak for a period of three to six months, before the blending and bottling process. The resulting Shiraz has exceptional colour depth, richness, and complexity.
