About the Winery
An Italian restaurant, winery, working farm and wedding venue all in one, Zonzo Estate take farm-to-table vertical integration to a pretty serious extreme.
Winemaker Caroline Mooney rejects the notion of a house style, crafting each small-batch vintage in line with her instinctive understanding of what the fruit needs.
Viticulturalist Phil Chapman focuses on the basics of soil health and a healthy biome, reducing the need for technical or chemical interference and allowing the vineyards’ natural terroir to shine through.
